Palm Springs, Temecula wine country, Santa Barbara, Arizona — the crew travels for parties worth traveling for, on the same flat-fee logic. If your party is further afield, send the city anyway; the answer is usually yes with a straightforward number attached.
How geography shapes your booking
Distance changes exactly two things about a hat bar: the travel line on the quote and how early you should book. Inside the OC/LA/SD zone, travel is free and scheduling stays flexible — Orange County hosts can sometimes book days out, and date changes are easy across all three counties. Road-trip destinations like Las Vegas block a full crew day, so those bookings firm up earlier and want 5–6 weeks of lead time.
Nothing else moves. The hat lineup, the patch wall, the crew standard, and the per-hour rate are identical whether the bar is ten minutes from our shop or four hours down the 15. We bring everything ourselves in every city — there's no local-partner roulette, and the crew that quotes your party is the crew that shows up to it.
