Bachelorettes

The matching-hat moment, without the group-chat sizing survey.

Every bachelorette itinerary has the same line item: matching hats. The usual route is ordering them weeks early, guessing sizes, and hoping the shade of pink matches the vision. The hat bar route: we show up to your house or venue, the squad builds their hats together, and the activity is the outfit.

Why it beats pre-ordering

Everyone actually matches

Same hat base, same bride-squad patch, but each guest adds her own initials or flair. Coordinated in photos, personal in real life — the combination pre-orders can't do.

It fills the itinerary gap

That awkward Saturday 2–4pm slot between brunch and getting ready? That's exactly a hat bar window. Ninety minutes, built-in content, zero transportation needed.

The bride gets the crown

We reserve a bride-only setup: her pick of the premium hats plus a custom patch in metallic gold or pearl chenille. Maid of honor, tell us her style — we'll keep it a surprise.

Planning notes for the maid of honor

Where it happens: Rented houses are our most common bachelorette venue — we set up in kitchens, patios, and garages daily. Booking a hotel suite or a winery instead? Send us the venue name and we'll clear logistics directly with them so you don't play middleman.

Timing: Most squads book a 90-minute to 2-hour window on the first full day, so the hats appear in every photo for the rest of the trip. Weekend slots in Palm Springs–style destination months (April, May, October) book out 4–6 weeks ahead.

The money part: One itemized quote, splittable however your group splits things. Local Southern California weekends carry no travel fee; Vegas and Palm Springs runs add the flat $900. Full math on the pricing page.

Themes we've pressed lately: “Last Rodeo” (cowboy motifs on cream corduroy), “Final Splash” (pool blues plus retro florals), and a “Bride's Last Ride” set with motorcycle-club-style chenille arcs. Bring us your hashtag and we'll build the wall around it — custom patches need about two weeks of lead time.
